OUR WORK
Our Advocacy Program aims to advocate for citizen engagement and inclusivity in the entire conservation sphere. Our main goal is to showcase the authentic stories of youth and women in conservation and steer support to their on-going as well as planned conservation projects and initiatives. The inclusivity we advocate for includes the deliberate fusion of the arts and environmental stewardship to enhance conservation efforts.
Our Capacity Building program links young men and women in conservation to partners, stakeholders, institutions that can offer them bespoke capacity building opportunities in terms of technical, administrative and formal educational training programs.
Our Net-Zero Carbon Program is aimed at encouraging Kenyan's to contribute towards the mitigation of the global warming crisis and the reduction of GHG emissions through sustainable livelihoods and practices.
Uvumbuzi Africa works towards finding funding for conservation projects that are led by young Kenyans.
Our Conservation Entrepreneurship programme is aimed at encouraging and supporting the empowerment of young Kenyans through businesses and enterprises that foster sustainable livelihoods. We achieve this by shining the spotlight on successful conservation entrepreneurs who showcase their projects on our advocacy platform and eventually act as mentors to other aspiring individuals, as examples of conservation best practice models.
